"Last Time We Met" Book Review
Okay, so first things first, its been a MINUTE since I last posted. I haven't been on the site since like 2 years ago, so coming back was very nostalgic for me. So hello to everyone who is reading this and thank you for showing support and checking out my old posts. I really appreciate it. To my friends from the Middle East, hope you guys stay safe and take care. So without further ado, lets get straight into the book.
So If I'm being honest, this was one of the best books I've read in a long time, so good that I stayed up till 1.30 AM to finish it. But anyway, this book is circled around the lives of two childhood friends who vow to marry each other if both are still single by the age of 35. That is some crazy vow but they promised each other that and the story is about how they drift apart like normal people do and eventually become close again. It has a lot of ups and downs, moments where even you are so invested in the story that you become a character in it. It also teaches a lot about the importance of relationships in our families and how it is necessary to have someone we can talk out when we want to. The story also shows how all these elements are important to our lives, along with some added humor and sarcasm.
I highly recommend this one and it's an absolute 10/10 from me and a great read after a long time. Comment down your thoughts below and i'll try to reply:) I'll see you guys in the next one.
-Kavin ✌
